Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Service Plumber to join our growing service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently while representing the company professionally in the field.

Main Duties:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:
- Domestic water systems
- Sanitary and storm drainage systems
- Gas piping systems
- Fixtures, valves, backflow preventers, and pumps
- Perform service work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and dispatch
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Maintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanliness
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing service
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Backflow certification
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, or institutional facilities
- Experience with pumps, booster systems, and gas piping
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
