Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.
We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience. We achieved ~3x growth in 2024, followed by nearly 3x growth again in 2025. Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.

Responsibilities
Sales solutioning: Attending sales conversations with technical leadership (CTOs etc) and consulting them on solutioning/ architecture using Loop’s existing APIs/ portal/ custom CSS and JS.
Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.
Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.
Shopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.
Ideal Profile
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in tech operations or a related role.
Good communication skills
Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts
Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
