Machine Operator

Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced and dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role for someone with experience operating industrial machinery and a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate has good mechanical aptitude, can troubleshoot basic machine issues, and works well independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and make minor changes as needed.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products to ensure specifications and production standards are met.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make minor adjustments when needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical or production problems.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain consistent production, quality, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Understanding of machine operation, controls, settings, and basic equipment functions.
• Experience with machine setup, changeovers, measurements, and quality inspections is a plus.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and following established safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
