Overview
SUMMARY:
- Ensure that employee data is complete, that all status forms and or data material is completed and properly identified and authenticated, and that all necessary information is in our Payroll Provider System.
- Regularly communicate with supervisors, managers, and other professionals in the company to clarify information or to obtain additional information.
- Provide setup and support for Performance Appraisal System
- Provide support to Learning and Development Team
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Admin Duties
- Maintains, develops, or customizes the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support the Human Resource department.
- Researches and implements HRIS, troubleshoots system errors.
- Assists employees with questions related to Self Service, payroll, company policies, and administration of company programs.
- Assists Managers with system issues and report writing.
- Required to work with highly confidential payroll records and must be trusted to use those records responsibly.
- Support HR with:
- Process all status change forms/ Organization changes in Payroll Provider System such as: Terminations, leave of absences, Promotions (also input step progression rate increases), Transfers, Other employment changes in Payroll Provider System, Personal changes for employees, Update badge numbers from security for Employee’s badges.
- Setting up New Hires into Payroll Provider System (personal / employment profiles)
- Maintaining the personnel change of status form
- Maintaining the Payroll Provider System supervisor team org chart
- Input annual rate increases for all employees (salary exempt, salary nonexempt, and hourly)
- Run audit reports to check system data accuracy.
- Provides specialized reporting for members of HR and other departments within the company by maintaining the ADP Analytics HR Dashboard.
- Provide backup support for Payroll Specialist for time and attendance record reconciliation.
Performance Management
- Launch annual performance reviews for all employees in the company.
- Launch performance reviews for all new hires.
- Provide reports, charts, and graphs for performance review results.
- Troubleshooting and password resets for Performance Management System
Learning and Development Support
Learning Management System(LMS) duties includes:
- Facilitate logistics for training programs which includes ensuring resources are secured.
- Compile compliance reports for monthly review.
- Create Ad hoc reporting as needed to give updates to leadership team.
- Manage administration of LMS by assisting users with password reset and any system troubleshooting.
- Assist with tracking training equipment inventories.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Systems knowledge(ADP and LMS experience preferred), advanced Excel, and PowerPoint ability required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Effective analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must have good multi-tasking and customer skills.
Education / Experience:
- High School or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Two plus years maintaining Human Resource and Training databases preferred.
