Responsibilities
You'll learn the business by doing the business.
- Meet with clients and identify their insurance and retirement needs
- Explain available solutions clearly and professionally
- Build lasting client relationships through strong service and follow-up
- Develop your skills in sales, communication and relationship management
- Learn the senior insurance and retirement marketplace
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- As you progress, learn to recruit, train, mentor and lead other insurance professionals
- Develop the skills needed to build and manage a successful sales team
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:
- Competitive, coachable and motivated
- Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
- Interested in sales, business development and leadership
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional and dependable
- Able to learn quickly and follow a proven system
- Interested in growing into sales management
- Previous sales, customer service or leadership experience is helpful, but not required
