We are looking for an Agency Services Specialist who will be an integral role in performing daily operations support for Distribution and ensure that we take our service levels to greater heights to support our agents and partners.Job Description:
Review and approve applications for sales activities and campaign management
Coordinate marketing materials submitted by Agency force to be reviewed by internal stakeholders and communicate the outcome of such reviews
Document and consolidate appeals for presentation to internal decision makers and process appeals based on the decisions given.
Document and update on all SOPs owned by Agency Services Team to ensure consistency in all processes
Review SOC deviation application, Introducer application and Agency Leader proxy application
Coordinate key projects for Agency Services Team
Other assigned ad hoc duties
Who we are looking for:
Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
Attention to details
Advanced MS office skills, especially Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Able to work in a team
Enthusiastic and energetic in getting things done.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Experience:
1-2 years experiences in operations and/or distribution support
Preferably experiences in insurance/financial industry
Education:
Degree in any discipline
