Full Time Busser – Solette Seattle (Rooftop Venue)

Job Description:

Solette Seattle is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Busser to support our elevated rooftop service team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining an exceptional dining environment and contributing to seamless, guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Join us to bring lifestyle-driven hospitality to new heights with a dedicated, collaborative team in a vibrant, city-facing setting. Scheduled to open in of Spring 2026.

What Will You Do?

• Support servers and bartenders by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables promptly

• Ensure dining areas, service stations, and patio spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready

• Refill water, assist with food running, and respond to guest needs as directed

• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, flatware, and service equipment

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth service flow

What You Bring:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and detail

• Ability to move efficiently, lift trays, and stand for extended periods

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
