Join our Sacramento team as an Escrow Assistant, Associate, supporting residential escrow transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. This role partners with Escrow Officers and the broader escrow team to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support throughout the closing process.This is an in-office position, five days per week, and a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer focused, organized, and interested in building a career in escrow.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine administrative duties supporting the escrow process
Answer phones, greet customers, place calls, and follow up on information needed for escrow closings
Assist with processing opening orders and initial file setup
Support the receipt, deposit, and distribution of funds
Prepare written transmittals for funds and documents
Assist with reconveyances, pre-closing file maintenance, and post-closing follow-up
Maintain accurate and organized escrow files
Communicate professionally with customers, real estate agents, lenders, and internal partners
Support Escrow Officers and the broader branch team to help keep transactions moving efficiently

This is an entry-level opportunity; prior escrow experience is not required
Previous experience working with customers or in an office, administrative, real estate, title, mortgage, banking, or similar environment is preferred
Work Environment
This position is onsite in our Sacramento office five days per week. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with a team, providing excellent service, and learning the escrow business in a hands-on environment.
Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
