Description
Role Summary
To manage full-cycle, in-house recruitment. The recruiter will be based in Mexico City and responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely staffing solutions
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills/Abilities
- 3–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- Competency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent platforms
- Basic MS Office skills are required
- Experience recruiting for global or US-based clients
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
