Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business domains. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse components and capabilities to create cohesive, value-driven outcomes. The architect collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions align with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, while also optimizing resources and assets to deliver maximum impact. The position demands a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to drive transformational initiatives.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution frameworks and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow across multiple platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
