We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Admin System Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of pricing master data across business systems while supporting pricing operations, ERP processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Pricing Systems & Master Data Analyst will collaborate closely with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations teams to ensure reliable pricing data, efficient processes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
 

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role
 

  • Maintain and update pricing master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business systems.

  • Perform daily pricing uploads and maintenance activities within Oracle ERP and related pricing systems.

  • Create, maintain, and update customer price lists and pricing structures for new and existing customers.

  • Monitor, validate, reconcile, and cleanse pricing data to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards.

  • Provide first-level support for pricing-related inquiries, system issues, and master data requests.

  • Support pricing data migration, validation, testing, and implementation activities related to ERP projects and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations teams to support pricing updates, process improvements, and business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures related to pricing master data management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, data governance, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze pricing-related trends, issues, and data discrepancies to support informed decision-making.

  • Deliver user guidance and training related to pricing processes, systems, and data standards.

     

Required Skills and Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in pricing operations, master data management, business analysis, data management, customer data management, or a similar analytical role.

  • Experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify data inconsistencies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

     

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
 

  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and experience working with data queries and analysis.

  • Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or ERP enhancement projects.

  • Understanding of master data management, data governance, and data quality principles.

  • Familiarity with system integrations, pricing tools, and business process documentation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Flexible attitude and ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
