How you'll make an impact in this role

• Drive multidisciplinary care coordination to deliver seamless, high-quality patient outcomes from admission to discharge.

• Implement and adjust individualized care plans in real time, executing physician orders with precise clinical judgment.

• Lead proactive discharge planning alongside the healthcare team to ensure safe, well-supported patient transitions home.

• Exercise autonomous decision-making in fast-paced environments while upholding strict safety protocols and infection control standards.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
