We're looking for a Carpenter I who is eager to learn, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and continuous growth.

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential new construction, renovations, and remodeling projects
• Perform framing, blocking, siding, trim, and finish carpentry under the guidance of experienced carpenters
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Read basic construction drawings and follow project plans
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Support project teams in completing work on schedule
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and fellow team members
• Follow all company safety standards and job site procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of residential carpentry or construction experience
• Basic understanding of carpentry methods and construction tools
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
