• * Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, process engineering, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, SPC, DOE, FMEA, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in digital tools, data analytics, and AI-assisted solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Python, SQL, automation tools) to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Experience using AI tools to automate routine tasks, analyze data, generate insights, and support engineering problem-solving is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English communication and technical documentation.
