Campaign Launch & Quality Assurance: Oversee the technical setup and launch of paid media partnership through relevant platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Brand Access, etc.), ensuring all tracking and permissions are set up correctly.
Client Success: Act as an extension of your partners’ growth marketing teams through proactive communication, strategic collaboration, and optimization guidance.
Market Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve on social platform advertising trends, compliance shifts, and emerging digital opportunities.
Billing Support: Take ownership of the post-campaign financial lifecycle by assisting with monthly invoicing, spend tracking, and revenue reconciliation.
Requirements:
Detail-Oriented & Organized: A master of execution who can track multiple client timelines, creative deadlines, and financial sheets without missing a beat.
Exceptional Communicator: Highly professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations gracefully.
Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying potential campaign bottlenecks (e.g., ad rejections, tracking issues) and quick to implement solutions.
Collaborative: A true team player who enjoys working cross-functionally across sales, editorial, social, and finance departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in digital account management, client success, or ad operations.
Foundational understanding of the Paid Social ecosystems (e.g., Meta, TikTok), and Paid Search.
Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards.
Basic experience with or understanding of digital media billing, tracking insertion orders (IOs), and monthly financial reconciliation.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven media environment.
Note: This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of being on-site in the New York metro area three days per week (subject to change).
