Job Summary
Field Site Supervisor
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently manage new installations, service assignments, as well as modernization and optimization projects on existing industrial plants.
- Provide technical and organizational leadership to installation personnel on site.
- Plan, manage and coordinate site activities while ensuring compliance with scheduling, quality and safety requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and other project stakeholders on site.
- Carry out and oversee final project acceptances and hand over completed systems to the customer.
Education and Experience
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, steel construction fitter, or in a comparable technical discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in installation work, plant engineering, or industrial site/project execution.
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating installation or construction/site teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with a high level of personal responsibility and accountability.
- Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications.
- High willingness to travel for projects throughout Europe.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Good communication skills and a professional, confident manner when dealing with customers and employees.
