Description
We have expanded and are looking to build our amazing team of therapists! As an outpatient clinic, we focus on quality patient care, work-life balance, and creating a positive work environment for our staff.
We are looking for Part-time and Full-time candidates.
Experience:
- Prior PT Assistant Experience and Entry Levels are all welcome to apply.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Active Maryland License to practice Physical Therapy in Maryland.
- Jurisprudence Compliance.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers.
Salary: Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
- Progress physical therapy treatments according to the Physical Therapist's Plan of care.
- Direct and work closely with support staff for patient care needs.
- Manage caseload using effective time management that meets productivity expectations.
- Participate in clinical workshops alongside other therapists to develop and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations and takes initiative in pursuing continuing education for professional growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve well-rounded care and cement relationships with our clients.
- Refer our other services to our patients and ask for family and friend referrals.
- Build rapport with internal stakeholders to support our great team.
