Description
Production Operator or Technician
The Production Technician plays a key role in manufacturing and packaging ASEA products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position operates production equipment, supports production line activities, prepares materials, completes documentation, and helps ensure efficient day-to-day production operations.

Essential Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including fillers, sleeve machines, and shrink tunnels.
- Perform various production line functions, including packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Stage, pull, and prepare raw materials and supplies for production runs.
- Follow all FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, NSF standards, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support inventory activities, including cycle counts and material tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow established safety procedures and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist with other production and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and instructions.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-grade environments.
- Familiarity with cGMP standards, FDA regulations, or quality systems.
- Basic computer skills.
- Food Handler Permit a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday, including shifts of up to 10 hours.
- Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, and lifting.
- Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (4-day workweek).
Pay: $16.00-20.00 an hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
