The Role and Impact
As a Software Solutions Engineering Graduate Intern, you will actively contribute to developing integrated software solutions tailored to customer and platform needs. You will analyze issues, prototype features, and collaborate with various teams to optimize and deliver scalable solutions. The Software Solutions Engineering team focuses on delivering tailored software solutions that bridge customer needs with Intel platform capabilities. By fostering collaboration across hardware, firmware, and software domains, the team supports Intel's broader goals of innovation and technological advancement. As part of this dynamic group, you will work on projects that enhance Intel's ability to meet diverse customer demands and shape future software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and debugging software solutions to address customer needs and performance challenges.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to analyze and resolve software bugs and issues.
Engage with customer engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
Support solution architecture and feature prototyping efforts on Intel's platforms.
Conduct performance analysis to ensure scalability across diverse workloads and environments.
Learn and apply industry best practices for software validation, debugging, and customer consulting.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Masters or Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, hands-on experience/knowledge in domain with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Javascript.
Demonstrated ability in software debugging and validation processes.
Exposure to customer support, consulting, and problem-solving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Previous experience or coursework in performance analysis and workload optimization.
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative solutions in software engineering.
