Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Technician to join our Media & Archive Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for image asset migration (digitization), restoration, remediation, and reformatting of historic visual media within a digital studio environment.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic analog and digital 2D visual media while maintaining detailed project logs, asset tracking, and archival reports.
Collaborate with Client Services, Studio Managers, and clients to manage technical information exchange, equipment calibration, and final service delivery.
Ensure compliance with secure physical and electronic file delivery standards, chain-of-custody protocols, and proper digital archiving procedures.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
1-3 years of hands-on experience handling historic analog/digital visual formats (e.g., negatives, glass plates, slides, posters) and executing digital restoration/scanning.
Strong knowledge of media archiving, metadata identification, hardware/overhead scanners, and software tools including Photoshop, Photo-Mechanic, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker, and Lightroom.
Proven ability in technical troubleshooting, quality control monitoring, and effective time management for high-volume project completion.
High School diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer
Salary: $17.00/hr, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
Shifts: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
