About this role
- Consult and advise on a wide variety of employment tax advisory work including FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters, including audits and cross border issues
- Work collaboratively with data and technology experts to help design automated tools for employment tax solutions.
- Provide international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and matters
- Prepare FBT returns using specialist software
- Undertaking compliance reviews and ‘Health Checks’ for employers’ employment tax obligations
- Design and implementing share plans for businesses ranging from large corporates to start-up businesses
- Experience in a similar or complimentary role
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work independently
- Strong research and legal interpretation skills
- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross selling of services
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Degree qualification, majoring in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance or Law
