## The team you will be a part of

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Team, a dedicated group of engineers and administrators who own and secure our critical access infrastructure. We focus on protecting elevated privileges, automating identity lifecycles, and keeping our Active Directory and cloud environments hardened against attacks. In our team, collaboration is key: we work closely with cross-functional IT groups to solve complex challenges and implement best-in-class security controls.

## This role in summary

As a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer, you will drive the operational security of our critical privileged accounts and identity systems. You will be responsible for automating access controls, implementing security best practices across Active Directory environments, and managing PAM programs at scale. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will help protect hybrid infrastructure against threats, maintain security baselines, and respond to security incidents.

## Your responsibilities will include

  • Administer, support and drive Identity technology, configuration and operations.
  • Configure tools, processes and systems for automating access and policy enforcement at scale in a complex environment.
  • Evangelize and implement security best practices for critical production systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our IT team in implementing security best practices and support security initiatives around PAM and Active Directory (AD).
  • Recommend and drive the adoption of technical security controls to strengthen security posture and identity user experience.
  • Support security initiatives across the organization via identity practices to support infrastructure and cloud systems against attack.
  • Participate in security incident response as needed.

## Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a IdentityPAM/IAM role
  • Strong Technical proficiency in PAM and Active Directory
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs tools and processes.

## Preferred skills and experiences

  • Technology certifications to include: MSCE, Okta Certified Professional/Architect.
  • Security certifications to include: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK.
  • Experience with administration of various information security tools, ie, configuration & policy updates in various Active Directory environments.
  • Experience with identity solutions like Delinea, CyberArk, Active Directory (AD), etc.
  • Experience with monitoring and continuously assessing systems for security threats, including promotion of security policies and baselines.
  • Experience with Service Management tools (Service Now, Jira, Zendesk etc…)
  • Technical proficiency for creating standard operating procedures, technical specifications and standards.
  • Technical understanding in identity lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in the face of adversity and threat activity
  • Possess strong communication skills in oral and written form
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships and garner influence with other functions
  • Project management experience for full security system lifecycle and security tool upgrades, including business case development
  • Self-motivated to own and solve difficult challenges and ability to motivate others to higher levels of performance and engagement
  • Strong technical competence up and down the technology stack - user interface, applications, communications, infrastructure, database, network, storage, etc
  • Strong desire and aptitude for continuous learning and keeping abreast of new and emerging technology.
