Earlier this year (March 2026), Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and deliver strategic Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation initiatives across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Partner with local and regional teams to drive engagement, readiness, and execution of OTC program activities while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with markets to optimize OTC processes, systems, and ways of working, including coordination of required system access and process enhancements.
- Support the mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement of local OTC operating models, market-specific requirements, and process variations, including relevant data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to the development, communication, and adoption of global OTC process standards, guidance, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to assigned markets during implementation activities, ensuring operational continuity, capability building, and successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Deliver regular progress updates, highlighting key milestones, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive timely issue identification and resolution while ensuring delivery of program objectives, quality outcomes, and adherence to agreed timelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years’ combined operational and transformation experience in Order to Cash operations (Customer Service, Order mgmt., Bill to Cash)
- Worked in and for FMCG, Multi-national complex companies & international roles
- Project delivery track record of setting-up OTC processes incl. multi-tier/outsourcing and IT.
- Worked in FMCG, Multi-national companies & international roles
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Unilever in-market experience of Order to Cash Processes
- Order to Cash experience
- Ability to work effectively remotely and across multi-cultural teams
- Part of OTC central Process Excellence Teams
- Experience in trade promotion management, customer or pricing master data
- Service delivery background
- Established contacts and relationships with Cust Service, Cust. Experience teams, 3PSP, IT OTC
- Have strong communication, negotiation influencing skills with diverse, multi-functional stakeholders
- End to end management, ability to understand the big picture but also comfortable with details and managing the operations
- Can work under pressure and tight deadlines. Highly adaptable and entrepreneurial, self managed.
- Change catalyst, passionate about innovation, improvements and Proactive
- Able to communicate effectively also remotely and team player
- Customer service and customer centric mindset
Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
