Focus: Paid lead-gen for Fintech and regulated financial verticals across the Gulf (SA, AE, KW,
BH, OM, QA) and European markets.
Our client's company is a performance-media company operating across multiple verticals, gaming and finance - running the full funnel from traffic to conversion. One of their products is a financial-intelligence platform for retail traders (localized Arabic and beyond), launching imminently, which is expected to go live soon: first across the Gulf markets, then Europe.They are looking for a Media Buyer who can help them launch and scale the marketing activity around the new product.This person has personally owned the entire chain: ad account → tracker → cloaker
→ landing page → CRM → back-signal to the platform.Not a button-pusher. Someone who
understands why a lead is cheap but worthless, and how to fix it.
What you'll own:
- Plan, launch, and scale paid lead-gen campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads
(Search), TikTok, and native (Taboola/Outbrain) in highly competitive Fintech and
financial verticals.
- Build and manage the tracking & cloaking stack end-to-end:Deploy advanced cloaking techniques and manage platforms like Keitaro (landers, campaign routing, macros, traffic distribution), ensuring seamless traffic flow from tracker → CRM → pixel/CAPI attribution.
- Optimize toward downstream lead quality (qualified lead / deposit), not just CPL - using Conversion API events, Conversion Leads optimization, and value-based lookalikes.
- Own instant-form vs landing-page decisions, funnel structure, and A/B testing of angles, creatives, and forms.
- Partner on RTL Arabic landing pages and creatives (video/static), including short-form video for the feed.
- Keep ad accounts compliant and healthy in a high-scrutiny vertical: ad-policy, advertiser/business verification (BOV), and platform certification.
- Read the numbers daily and reallocate: CPL, cost-per-qualified-lead, cost-per-deposit, lead→qualified rate, payback.
Must-have experience:
- 3+ years buying media in financial / high-risk verticals (capital markets, forex/CFD, crypto, or comparable regulated/aggressive verticals).
- Hands-on Keitaro (or an equivalent tracker Binom, RedTrack, Voluum) landers, campaigns, macros, filters, traffic routing. This is not optional.
- Proven work with a full tracker ↔ CRM ↔ pixel/CAPI pipeline - you understand postbacks, lead statuses, and server-side events, not just the ads manager.
- Real experience optimizing for lead quality / conversion events downstream, not just cheap form-fills.
- Comfort with ad-account compliance, verification, and getting creatives through review in a regulated vertical.
- Data-driven and self-directed you diagnose from the data and act, without hand-holding.
Strong plus:
- Meta Conversions API setup and server-side tracking.
- Automation tooling (Make / Integromat / Zapier) to wire forms, CRMs, and pixels together.
- Broker / affiliate ecosystem experience (offers, payouts, postbacks).
- Product-analytics tooling (Microsoft Clarity, PostHog) and email/deliverability awareness.
- Experience framing regulated / Shariah-compliant financial products for compliant advertising.
How we measure success:
CPL → cost per qualified lead → cost per deposit, lead→qualified rate, ROAS / payback
window, and account health (no policy strikes or bans). We care about qualified, depositing
traders — not vanity volume.
