Mission Statement使命:

Work safety. Implement the work arrangements by Production management and output. Implement quality requirements and ensure work quality . To ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment materials, etc. Cooperate with each other.

安全生产和操作。执行完成工作安排和产量。执行质量要求，保证工作质量。正确使用机器、设备、使用物料等。加强团队合作。

Main Accountabilities主要岗位职责:

• Safety & Compliance安全与规范

Adhere to PPE rules, safety protocols, and 5S standards. Report anomalies (equipment failure, hazards) promptly遵守安全规程（如穿戴个人防护用品）、及车间5S管理（整理、整顿等）。 及时报告异常和隐患情况（设备故障、安全隐患等）。

• Production Execution生产任务执行

According to the production plan, complete tasks such as work-in-progress processing, assembly, performance testing or welding of products to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements (such as stator coils, stator cores, rotor components, VPI, product testing, etc.). Support new project and process improvement initiatives. System operations (such as MES, SAP, etc.) 根据生产计划完成产品在制品加工、组装、性能测试或焊接等任务，确保按时交付且符合质量要求（如定子线圈、定子铁芯、转子部件、VPI、产品测试等）。配合新项目或产品试产，参与工艺优化以提升效率或降低成本。 执行系统内的操作（如MES、SAP etc.）

• Quality Control & Documentation Record质量控制与记录

In accordance with the quality requirements and quality control plan, carry out the requirements of the instruction （SOP）, complete the manufacturing and self-inspection of the products, cooperate with the function department checks for double check, fill in the production records and process parameters (such as voltage, resistance, tolerance, etc.).根据质量要求和质量控制计划，执行指导书要求，完成产品的制造和自检，配合职能部门的抽检，填写生产记录及工艺参数（如电压，电阻，公差等）。

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance设备操作与维护

Operate the general equipment, special equipment and other production equipment, adjusting parameters according to process requirements and monitoring the operating status. Regularly clean the equipment (such as removing iron filings), add lubricating oil, handle simple faults and report maintenance requests. 熟练操作一般设备、特种设备等生产设备，按工艺要求调整参数并监控运行状态。定期清理设备（如清除铁屑）、添加润滑油，处理简单故障并上报维修需求。

• Additional 其他职责

Cooperate with the work arrangements of the team leader and supervisor, implement 5S on site, and complete all kinds of training. And complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the leader. 配合领班主管工作安排，现场5S，完成各项培训。以及完成领导临时指派任务。
