WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for managing the hotel front office and cleaning staff during the overnight hours, acting as the main contact person for hotel guests and other hotel departments during night shift.
Completing all daily front desk agents’ work; reconciling work from the day shift
Auditing, balancing, posting and reporting financial transactions to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash and credit handling procedures are followed, provide performance feedback as required
Supervising team of night cleaners at scheduled location; directs work, reviews work, provides performance feedback and coaching to night cleaning team in the hotel; ensures that workers complete tasks in a safe manner; submits health and safety incident reports as required.
Providing next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Accounting, and Executive Offices including Bonvoy Award reports (Westin)
Delivering and retrieving luggage, laundry, faxes, packages, and all other guest request items
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
High School Diploma required
Completion of Accounting and/or Hospitality courses preferred
1 year customer service experience required
Accounting experience preferred
Front Desk experience preferred
