סקירה כללית

חברת SodaStream מחפשת סטודנט/ית נמרץ/ת ובעל/ת תשוקה לעולם התיכון והפיתוח להצטרפות לצוות הנדסת המוצר שלנו. התפקיד כולל מעורבות פעילה במחזור החיים של מוצרי החברה, משלב הרעיון והאב-טיפוס ועד להעברה לייצור המוני, תוך עבודה עם ממשקים בארץ ובחו"ל.

תיאור משרה

• השתתפות בתהליכי תכן מכאני (Mechanical Design) של מוצרי החברה
• תכנון, ביצוע ותיעוד ניסויים ומבחני אמינות במעבדות המוצר
• בניית אבות-טיפוס (Prototypes) והרכבת דגמים לבדיקות היתכנות
• הצעת פתרונות הנדסיים לשיפור מוצרים קיימים וחדשים.
• עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי ייצור, איכות, תפעול וספקים.
• כתיבת תיעודים הנדסיים: מפרטים, שרטוטים טכניים, דוחות ניסוי ועץ מוצר (BOM).

אחריות

• סטודנט/ית לתואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות (תחילת שנת לימודים שלישית) – חובה.
• הבנה טכנית, תפיסה מרחבית ויכולת ניתוח בעיות הנדסיות
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה)
• נכונות לעבודה של 2–3 ימים בשבוע (עם גמישות בתקופת בחינות)
• שליטה בתוכנות תיכון בתלת-ממד -SolidWorks – יתרון
• הכרה של מערכת מסמכים PDM- יתרון

Overview (English)

SodaStream is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student with a passion for the world of mechanics and development to join our Product Engineering team. The role involves active involvement throughout the entire product lifecycle, from the concept and prototyping stages through to mass production, while collaborating with interfaces and teams both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities (English)

• Participation in the mechanical design processes of the company’s products.
• Planning, conducting, and documenting experiments and reliability tests in product laboratories.
• Building prototypes and assembling models for feasibility testing.
• Proposing engineering solutions to improve existing and new products.
• Working closely with manufacturing, quality, operations, and supplier teams.
• Preparing engineering documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, test reports, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor’s degree student in Mechanical Engineering (entering the third year of studies) – required.
• Strong technical understanding, spatial awareness, and the ability to analyze engineering problems.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD design software, such as SolidWorks – an advantage.
• Familiarity with PDM document management systems – an advantage.
