You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include: Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventionsManaging tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipmentMonitoring clinical observations and recognising deteriorationMaintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediatelyWhat We’re Looking For This is more than a job. You’ll be trusted with someone’s safety and wellbeing while delivering care that requires skill, focus and sound judgement. It takes a certain kind of person: someone compassionate, dependable and highly attentive who can remain calm and act correctly under pressure. We also require the following: Ideally a full UK driving licenceExperience in care or confidence undertaking clinical trainingExcellent attention to detail and situational awarenessThe ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistentlyBasic IT skills for communication and record-keepingA genuine commitment to safe, person-centred careKomplex Care provides nurse-led care at home for adults and children with lifelong, complex clinical needs. Our teams support individuals requiring interventions such as ventilation, tracheostomy care, suctioning, gastrostomy support and neurological care.
