Job Description

The ADS-Claims Adjusting- Analyst II is a beginner level resource tasked with adjudicating VSC mechanicals claims in accordance with established quality and timeliness guidelines.

We are seeking an Auto Adjuster Analyst to join our team! The Auto Adjuster Analyst reviews repair estimates related to vehicle breakdowns, verifies coverage eligibility, and determines whether repairs are covered under the customer's Vehicle Service Contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong automotive or mechanical background and be comfortable evaluating vehicle repairs and estimates. We are open to candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zone states.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices

• With minimal supervision, investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, take photos, and determines reparability or total loss

• Completes other tasks as directed by management

• Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims and negotiates their settlement

• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process in a timely and efficient manner per departmental procedures

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 50,000.00 - 75,050.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
