Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

We are searching for the best talent for Analyst, Business Intelligence

 

Purpose: The Analyst, Distribution Systems (DS Analyst) executes software validation testing for two business critical technology platforms supporting the DePuy Synthes global distribution hub in Mooresville, IN.  Our mission is to be undeniably the best distribution center within the worldwide DePuy Synthes network.  We do that through relentless focus on our customers, pursuit of E2E systems refinement, and fostering a culture of excellence.

 

You will be responsible for:

• Lead requirements gathering with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to coordinate system enhancements.
• Execute Business System Testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using established software test design techniques.
• Collect and upload required test evidence into the testing application.
• Document defects accurately and promptly communicate barriers that may impact test completion.
• Collaborate across functions and systems to support end-to-end testing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of computer software validation experience.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with Exacta Warehouse Execution System (WES).
• Experience with JIRA Xray.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Project management experience, including coordinating tasks and stakeholders
