Temp-to-Hire

$19:00 per hour (1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm)

$19.50 per hour (2nd shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm)

$20.00 per hour (3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am) 

***Mandatory Weekends and must be open to OT***

What You’ll Do

• Work on the manufacturing/production floor
• Operate basic equipment and tools after training
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Learn new processes and responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Must be willing & able to lift 50 lbs
• Availability to work overtime and weekends

Pay Transparency

The current pay rate for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
