ATM/Card Services Rep I or II (full-time)

PAY RANGE: $19.07 - $31.88/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ATM Operations Representative I or II to join our dedicated ATM operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and security of our ATM services, ensuring smooth transaction processing and Member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve checks deposited through ATM and Mobile Capture channels
• Manage and resolve ATM disputes promptly and accurately
• Oversee ATM cash orders to ensure proper replenishment and security
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, disputes, and cash orders
• Support audit and compliance activities related to ATM operations

• Possess high initiative and organizational skills 
• Excellent member service skills. 
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos 
• Ability to write business correspondence 
• Ability to operate a personal computer including inquiry to member accounts and other account information required from assigned functions 
• Ability to identify, analyze and effectively solve problems under conditions of incomplete information and uncertainty 
• Ability to utilize the following computer software programs: 
• Spreadsheet (i.e. Microsoft Excel) 
• Word Processing (i.e. Microsoft Word)
