Growth Intern (f/m/d) - Mandatory 6 Months Unpaid Internship

At Quid, we're building the AI that takes the grind out of accounts payable. We automate invoice processing and the messy AP flows behind it for multi-location, multi-entity, multi-ERP businesses, the kind where manual data entry slows everything down. Quid kills the manual entry, speeds up the monthly close, gives finance teams real-time reporting, and frees AP teams to do strategic work instead of admin.

We're growing fast and looking for a Growth Intern to join our small, hands-on team in Berlin and help get Quid in front of the right people.

## Tasks

• **Build, launch, and manage cold email outreach sequences targeting our ideal customer profile**
• **Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, send times, and sequence structure**
• **Analyze outreach performance and turn findings into concrete next steps**
• **Support demand generation on LinkedIn with content ideas, posting, engagement, and outbound connection outreach**
• **Research and build targeted prospect lists within our core verticals**
• **Track and report on key growth metrics and campaign KPIs, and help maintain reporting dashboards**
• **Keep CRM and outreach data clean, organized, and up to date**
• **Assist with competitive research and messaging positioning**
• **Support the creation of supporting content (one-pagers, case studies, LinkedIn posts) used in outreach**
• **Pitch in on ad hoc growth experiments as opportunities come up**

## Requirements

• **AI native builder through and through**
• **Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field**
• **Excellent written English, German is a bonus.**
• **Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, sales, and growth marketing**
• **Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to draw conclusions, not just report numbers**
• **Quick learning curve for tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Slack, etc.**
• **A self-starter who's comfortable figuring things out and asking questions**
