Job Description:

Responsible for managing all aspects of Investment Management pricing for Private Bank BANA-M, serving as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for pricing strategy, governance, controls, policy, and field support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the trust officers nationally on all pricing and Financial Advisor (FA) compensation matters, including fee concession approvals, fee reversals, fee increase tracking, write-offs, and general pricing inquiries
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for escalations from advisors, Market Leaders, Division Leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Partner across Merrill and support organizations to resolve issues, improve outcomes, and identify recurring themes
  • Deliver ongoing pricing education and training for new BANA-M Trust Officers, covering fee schedules, FA compensation rules, fee concessions, fee notices, fee  reversals, write-offs, and associated roles and responsibilities
  • Perform monthly quality assurance and quality control reviews for all pricing-related activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage ongoing reviews and maintenance of pricing-related documentation, including updates to PGA, Resource Central, and other reference materials
  • Lead resolution efforts for pricing-related SIAIs, audit findings, risk items, and control issues, ensuring timely remediation and sustainable solutions
  • Oversee the review, enhancement, and maintenance of pricing policies and procedures, including preparing and delivering presentations to National Fiduciary Policy Committee (NFPC) and Personal Fiduciary Committee (PFC) governance forums as required
  • Serve as the Pricing SME for strategic initiatives, system enhancements, regulatory changes, and business transformation projects
  • Act as the primary liaison with Merrill ISG on pricing-related fees, initiatives, operational processes, and project implementations associated with IAP/ML One
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support scalable and compliant growth

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$159,500.00 - $272,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
