Waiter/Waitress / Front-of-House Supervisor – Amsterdam

We are looking for a motivated 1 **Waiter/Waitress and 1 Front-of-House Supervisor** to join our restaurant team in Amsterdam. You will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth daily operations and maintain our high standards of hospitality.

## Tasks

Main Tasks – Waiter/Waitress / FOH Supervisor

Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.

*

Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.

*

Set up and maintain tables, dining areas and the bar/FOH area.

*

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.

*

Handle customer requests, questions and complaints professionally.

*

Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.

*

Coordinate with the kitchen and other FOH team members to ensure smooth service.

*

Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.

*

Support opening and closing procedures.

*

For **FOH Supervisor**: lead and coordinate the FOH team during shifts, allocate duties and support staff performance.

*

Ensure company procedures, health & safety and HACCP standards are followed.

*

Assist with stock checks, deliveries and daily operational tasks.

## Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environmentStrong customer service and communication skills; **SVH qualification preferred, or willingness to obtain it;** Team-oriented, reliable and professionalGood English; Dutch/Italian is a plus
