The following position is to join the Enterprise Services Procurement team:
RTX Corporate is seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst to join our shared services enterprise procurement team, responsible for sourcing and purchasing a wide range of materials and services. This role focuses on managing medium to high-complexity computer hardware procurements to support internal and customer requirements, primarily within the Digital Technologies Team, while also addressing needs from other programs. The Non-Product procurement team operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment driven by metrics to optimize the end-to-end procurement process. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-product procurement, sourcing, supplier management, price analysis, proposal support, and supply chain compliance. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing and delivery terms, managing supplier performance, and building strong supplier relationships, all while ensuring a high level of service excellence to business customers.
What You Will Do
Review of SOW’s (Statements of Work)
Creating Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information Agreements
Obtaining proposal/quotation activities and performing best value analysis
Documentation write-up
Selecting qualified suppliers and perform due diligence
Negotiations including supplier negotiations (price, schedules, and terms & conditions)
Post-award management and delivery assurance
Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with business and programs
Managing supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones
Strategic planning while supporting daily tactical and detailed activities
May be required to participate in supplier development activity
Engage with Business EXIM, Legal, & Sr. Leaders
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
or An Advanced Degree in a related field, and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experienceFluent in English, written and verbal
Experience with purchase order management including documentation
Experience with the use of SAP procurement software, including Ariba, PRISM, and APEX
Experience with supplier relationship management skills
Experience with analysis and problem solving, including identifying and escalating issues (how and when)
Experience coordinating with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to manage requirements and bring issues to resolution
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Government contracts, processes, and procedures
Negotiation skills (internal, across the businesses; external with suppliers)
Experience with automation toolsLeadership skills – influence, presence, ability to interface internally and with suppliers
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
