Job Description:
Make a Difference in the Lives of Patients with Neurological Conditions
Join our General Neurology and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) teams as a Registered Nurse and become a trusted guide for patients navigating a wide range of neurological conditions. This unique role offers the opportunity to practice across both a broad-based neurology clinic and a specialized MS center, allowing you to build expertise in the care of patients with chronic and complex neurological diseases.
In this role, you'll combine clinical expertise with compassion to provide patient education, symptom assessment, triage, care coordination, and treatment support across the continuum of care. You will partner closely with patients throughout their healthcare journey, helping them understand new diagnoses, make informed decisions about treatment options, navigate advanced therapies and infusion treatments, and develop the knowledge and confidence needed to manage their health over time.
Working collaboratively with providers, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, insurance companies, caregivers, and community organizations, you will help patients navigate an often-complex healthcare system and access the resources they need to achieve their personal health goals. As a key member of the care team, you'll serve as an advocate, educator, and coach, helping patients overcome barriers to treatment, connect with supportive services, and actively participate in their care. Through thoughtful triage, clinical assessment, and ongoing relationship-building, you'll help ensure patients receive the right care at the right time while fostering self-management and independence whenever possible.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building strong patient relationships, applying critical thinking and triage skills, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for patients living with neurological disease. Through clinical excellence, partnership, and advocacy, you'll make a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
