Where You’ll Work
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in London, Raleigh or New Jersey with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Why This Role Matters
As Senior Director, Professional Services, you'll lead the solutions engineering team responsible for turning Litera's technology into real outcomes for law firms and legal departments around the world. Your leadership will directly shape how scalable, innovative our client solutions are and how satisfied our clients remain as they grow with us. This is a role for someone who wants their strategic vision and people leadership to translate into measurable business impact, stronger client relationships, and a more connected, high-performing organization.
What You'll Deliver
Set the strategic direction for the solutions engineering team, building a high-performing culture that aligns execution with business goals.
Ensure client solutions are scalable, technically sound, and grounded in industry best practices, serving as a trusted advisor along the way.
Strengthen client relationships and drive high levels of satisfaction through effective, consultative delivery.
Define and track KPIs that give senior leadership clear visibility into team performance and impact.
Deepen cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Consulting to deliver seamless client experiences and keep the organization ahead of industry trends.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar leadership role.
Demonstrated success delivering technical solutions and leading engineering teams.
Strong strategic thinking and people leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in relevant engineering tools and technologies.
Nice-to-Haves:
Master's degree or advanced certifications.
Strong data analysis skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and technical excellence.
High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
