ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Data & AI Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group.

This role will drive end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management, governance frameworks, operating model transformation and business value realisation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.

• Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.

• Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.

• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.

• Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.

• Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines.

• 10+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields.

• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred.

• Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
