ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Data & AI Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group.
This role will drive end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management, governance frameworks, operating model transformation and business value realisation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.
Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.
Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.
Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.
Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines.
10+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields.
Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred.
Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
