- Lead full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on developing and executing early-career talent strategies, including student, new graduate, and emerging professional recruitment programs.
- Serve as the organizational lead for all university, college, vocational school, and academic partnerships, building and maintaining strategic relationships with faculty, program leaders, career services teams, and student organizations to create sustainable talent pipelines.
- Spearhead the design, growth, and management of all Clinical Rotation Partnership programs, serving as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and ensuring a best-in-class experience for students, faculty, and operational leaders.
- Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies, including internship, externship, preceptorship, fellowship, scholarship, ambassador, and other workforce development programs that strengthen the organization's future talent pipeline.
- Represent the organization as the face of campus relations at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, classroom presentations, and community outreach initiatives to enhance employer brand awareness and attract top talent.
- Identify, cultivate, and expand new university and educational partnerships that support long-term workforce planning and recruitment goals across multiple service lines and markets.
- Manage job postings across traditional job boards, campus recruiting platforms, and educational partner channels, ensuring maximum visibility and candidate engagement.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and participate in candidate evaluations for student, new graduate, and experienced hire populations.
- Track and analyze recruiting pipeline metrics, program outcomes, and partnership effectiveness, making recommendations to continuously improve talent attraction strategies.
- Ensure all recruiting activities, educational partnerships, and workforce development programs comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as organizational policies.
- Other program responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years job specific experience preferred.
- 1 year healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
- 1-3 year sales experience preferred.
- Human Resources certification preferred.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet-based recruiting resources (Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) experience preferred.
