The Mission
In this role, you will drive the end‑to‑end coordination and preparation of materials essential for strategic awards submissions and Sustainable Finance (SF) initiatives. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all ESG‑related data, risk assessments, client eligibility analyses, and pitch materials. Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a highly collaborative process involving multiple teams, enabling high‑quality submissions and strong SF positioning.
Your day to day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks.
Here are your daily responsibilities:
Prepare and structure all documentation required for formal applications, including detailed slide decks and supporting evidence.
Collect, validate, and format ESG‑specific information according to Front Office (FO) requirements and predefined templates.
Review ESG risk ratings for clients and perform eligibility assessments for Sustainable Finance facilities.
Maintain an organized workflow that ensures accuracy, traceability, and consistency across all deliverables.
What you’ll bring to the team
Foreign languages: Strong communication skills in English are essential, both written and spoken.
Experience: 2-3 years of banking experience
Education: University diploma
Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage complex information flows across multiple stakeholders.
Analytical thinking to interpret ESG risk ratings and assess client eligibility.
Ability to transform raw information into clear, concise, and visually engaging materials (presentations, case studies, tombstones).
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast‑moving environment.
