Objective of the position:
To ensure sustainable profitability for DTNA through development and implementation of a Lean Culture in DTNA region, with a special focus on region Mexico by:
- Coaching of top management and leadership team in the Plants and Business units regarding CI, Lean Leadership and efficiency to empower and enable them to challenge culture and process status quo, providing input for business strategy according to a systemic approach ensuring consistency of CI activities for high efficiency and making sure most relevant topics for business sustainability are taken care of.
- Support Cultural transformation for DTNA through development of business strategy based on innovation and implementation of systems that drive ideal behaviors for ideal results
- Ensure systemic peoples organization development in regards to Lean Manufacturing and CI based on practical problem learning & solving
- Support implementation of systems that ensures that people that work for DTNA are driven by a cause (develop implement and deploy Finding your why/Purpose, Strengths Finder Coaching in a self-sustainable fashion)

- Certified CI Consultant; Certified CI Consultant Coach
- Hoshin Kanri (Business/Functional unit strategy development)

Main Functions:
- Enable customers to work on the right topics in terms of Lean Manufacturing, digitalization and cultural transformation by visiting them in their Business and Functional Units in the NAFTA Region primarily in Mexico in order to challenge process status quo and support on strategy development for business efficiency.
- Run, review and provide feedback for new and ongoing CI & Efficiency projects as well as trainees with involvement of local CI team in the region in a Trainer Role. This carried out for DTNA specially but not limited for the trainees from region Mexico.
- Ensure together with CI planning process for local trainee and trainer allocation on projects in region NAFTA. Ensure allocation of “best fit” resources required for execution of projects, CI events, activities, trainings raised by the CI Department that cannot be covered by local resources.
- Ensure together with the rest of the CI network the process of creating and deriving global network strategy for business efficiency.
- Ensure CI training and development products and services are developed and deployed with highest quality standards for DTNA, with a special focus on region Mexico.
- Ensure definition and development of required Lean Manufacturing training for DTNA, especially Mexico, in terms of business needs and ensure it is developed, managed and executed according to highest possible quality standards.
- Ensure together with the local CI organizations in DTNA, special focus on region Mexico on acquisition of potential lean training projects and preparation of project charters.
