Job Description
1. Support in the management of the audit schedule for auditors in the team, ensure the team’s audits are completed on time:
• Publish audit schedule to buyers every month and arrange urgent cases in time;
• Make the audit schedule plan for existing vendors quarterly;
• Publish the audit schedule to auditors in time and adjust the schedule when necessary;
2. Monitor and track the team’s routine operation:
• Manage the team’s Kaizen program and progress;
• Summarize the audit data quarterly to director;
• Responsible for part of new hires orientation training;
• Maintain the public shared folder with all necessary audit references, documents and checklist, project progress;
3. Support the management of internal compliance and documentation;
• Periodic review and consult for internal compliance issues;
• Update applicable requirements for internal compliance per assigned;
• Participate and support in internal audit;
4. Support the operation management of ethical sourcing program, retail pre-audit program and other assigned program/project, including but not limited to;
• Manage the training plan and progress for suppliers;
• Manage, maintain and analyze the data such as Non-compliances and supplier track required in ethical sourcing program/retail pre-audit program and other assigned program/project;
5. Any other task assigned by direct/indirect report line related to programs and team management/operation;
6. Communicate with stakeholders related to other job responsibilities, when necessary, including but not limited to the following:
• Timely update and share of information, including escalation;
• Reply to stakeholders’ inquiries, discuss and address concern if any;
• Coordinate with stakeholders’ actions if applicable;
