Description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Hydraulic/Electrical Lead role in Sherwood, OR. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support hydraulic and electrical installation, assembly, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
· Diagnose hydraulic and electrical system issues and determine appropriate repairs or solutions.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
· Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic components, wiring, electrical systems, controls, and related equipment.
· Provide technical direction and hands-on support to team members.
· Assist with training employees on proper procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations.
· Coordinate daily work priorities to help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
· Perform inspections and testing to verify systems are operating properly before completion.
· Identify potential equipment or system issues and communicate recommendations to appropriate team members or management.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
· Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, engineering, and other departments as needed.

 

Qualifications:

· Previous experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, heavy equipment, or related environment.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams.
· Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic and electrical components.
· Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is preferred.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively guide and support team members.
· Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
· Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
