The MeMo² Data Science Center, based in Groningen, is Kantar's hub for research technology, analytics, automation, and operational excellence. The team supports research projects across multiple markets by developing and maintaining survey solutions, improving data processing workflows, building productivity tools, and applying AI and automation to enhance research delivery.

THX. is Kantar's mobile app that enables people to participate in surveys, share their opinions, and contribute to research studies in exchange for rewards. Across multiple countries, thousands of users engage with the app every day.
The THX. team focuses on creating a smooth and engaging experience throughout the entire user journey, from registration and onboarding to survey participation, rewards, and long-term engagement.
We continuously look for ways to improve the experience for our users by developing engaging content, optimising communications, gathering feedback, and supporting the successful operation of the app across different markets.
As an intern, you will become part of an international team working at the intersection of digital products, user engagement, communication, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
During your Research Support internship, you will gain hands-on experience across the full research project lifecycle while working with data experts and media consultants. In this role, you will:
Support the setup, testing, and deployment of online surveys and questionnaires.
Assist with project management activities, including timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and quality control checks.
Monitor fieldwork progress and help ensure data quality throughout the research process.
Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and operations teams to deliver high-quality insights for clients.
Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Gain an understanding of developing internal tools, automations, and AI-enabled research workflows.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in survey methodology, research technology, data science applications, project management, and AI-driven research operations.
