✨ What You'll Do

• Prepare authentic dishes from scratch across Chinese culinary styles 

• Assemble, plate, and portion meals with consistency and precision 

• Work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑moving production environment 

• Ensure strict food safety & HACCP compliance during all preparation stages

🌟 Who We’re Looking For

Required: Proven Chinese culinary experience 

Preferred: Culinary degree or professional certification

You also bring: 

• 2+ years in high‑volume or institutional cooking 

• Excellent knife skills & mastery of core cooking techniques 

• Ability to read and understand English recipes & safety documents 

• Strong organization, attention to detail & adaptability 

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout 8+ hour shifts 

• Commitment to food safety & HACCP standards
