VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support an onsite corporate vaccination clinic in New York City on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

This is a non-clinical position. The coordinator does not administer vaccines and does not perform any clinical care. All clinical questions are routed to the licensed nursing staff onsite.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients
- Distribute forms and review them for completeness
- Organize appointment and patient flow throughout the clinic
- Maintain administrative records
- Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA requirements
- Assist with clinic setup, supplies and breakdown
- Route clinical questions to licensed nursing staff
Requirements
- Healthcare front-desk, patient-coordination, medical-assistant or high-volume customer-service experience
- Strong organizational, communication and computer skills
- Comfortable in a patient-facing temporary clinic environment
- Reliable transportation to the Manhattan worksite
