Summary

Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist with process standardization and documentation.
- Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world manufacturing and engineering challenges.
- Present project findings and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite in Houston, Texas from May through August 2027.
Preferred Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Senior.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Interest in process improvement, automation, manufacturing, or data analytics.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Previous internship, academic project, or research experience related to engineering or manufacturing is a plus.
- CPT authorization supported for eligible F-1 students.
