The Role
Technical Support Engineer supports customers by resolving standard and moderately complex technical issues with increasing independence. This role has mastered routine support tasks, applies judgment within defined guidelines, and is expanding technical depth across products and customer use cases.Technical Support Engineer contribute meaningfully to team outcomes, support cross functional collaboration, and may provide informal guidance to newer team members.
Your Impact
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve standard to moderately complex technical and engineering issues reported by customers.
- Apply analytical skills to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage assigned support cases independently within established processes and SLAs.
- Escalate issues as appropriate, providing clear technical context and investigation findings.
Technical Expertise & Enablement
- Build working knowledge across assigned DGM products and solution areas.
- Assist with customer onboarding, configuration support, and basic system reviews.
- Contribute to knowledgebase articles, runbooks, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Participate in product testing, validation activities, or internal improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Services, and peer support engineers.
- Provide informal guidance or assistance to P1 engineers as needed.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support efficiency.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in technical support, engineering, or software environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software and system‑level issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (typically less than 25%).
- Ability to work onsite in Medina, MN at least 4 days a week.

The salary range for this role is $70,700.00 - $88,400.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
