Lead ServiceNow Technology Analyst

About this role:

The ServiceNow Platform organization within Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant / ServiceNow Technology Analyst to support platform governance, intake management, demand oversight, and delivery enablement activities across the enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and facilitate enterprise intake processes for ServiceNow-related demand, enhancement requests, integrations, APIs, subscriptions, and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate Design Review Board activities, ensuring proposed solutions are reviewed, documented, and aligned with platform standards and architectural direction.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating business needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Support prioritization, planning, roadmapping, and governance activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Monitor intake pipelines, requests, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up actions to improve visibility and execution discipline.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and metrics that provide transparency into request volume, delivery progress, governance outcomes, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve workflows, and automate manual activities where appropriate.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, operating procedures, and governance materials that support platform adoption and operational maturity.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, architects, and business partners to ensure requests move efficiently from intake through delivery.
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives related to platform governance, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.
• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, digital products, or application delivery organizations.
• Experience with demand management, intake processes, governance activities, business analysis, or product management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, metrics, or operational reporting solutions.
• Experience documenting business requirements, processes, and technical specifications

Desired Qualifications:

• ServiceNow platform experience, specifically with SPM module is a plus.
• Experience supporting platform governance, architecture review, intake management, or portfolio management functions.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise technology delivery processes.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
